Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted for unworn, unused, and undamaged items with tags attached and in their original packaging.
  • Custom-Made Items: All custom-made dresses and personalized designs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Return

  2. Approval: Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to ship the item back.
  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made dresses.
  • Items marked as "final sale."
  • Accessories or undergarments for hygiene reasons.
